TALENT RETENTION AT COMMERCIAL BANKS IN VIETNAM

This study aims to identify talent criteria at commercial banks in Vietnam and build a scale of factors affecting retention. By qualitative research method through expert interviews non-parametric testing determine the relationship between retention Vietnam. The has identified following four influencing retention: Job satisfaction, Motivation, Commitment Loyalty. In addition, surveyed Snowball sampling collected 877 satisfactory questionnaires, performed quantitative tested linear structural model SEM. Research results show that among affect retention, job satisfaction is most influential, followed by commitment, loyalty work motivation. research's contribution helps bank leaders have appropriate policies retain their bank's talents.Keywords: Talent talent, Commitment; satisfaction; Loyalty; Motivation.JEL Classifications: J20, J28DOI: https://doi.org/10.32479/irmm.10908
